1) Plug your SNOOZ into another outlet and see if the issue persists.
2) If your SNOOZ is close to other electronics (i.e. humidifier, high powered radio, etc.) try moving it away from them.
If none of the above works, follow the steps below to perform a hard reset on the unit.
1) Turn SNOOZ on.
2) Simultaneously press the volume up and down buttons for 5 seconds until SNOOZ shuts off.
3) Turn SNOOZ back on and see if the problem persists.
*Please note this will delete any timers you have set with the scheduler.
