1. Unplug SNOOZ, with SNOOZ unplugged, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to make sure all the power is drained from the unit. Plug it back in and try connecting again.
2. Restart your phone and try connecting again. This resolves the issue about 90% of the time.
3. If that doesn't do it, try the steps below:
a. Unplug SNOOZ.
b. On your phone go to Settings > Bluetooth. Toggle Bluetooth off and then on again.
c. Check App permissions:
On iOS: Settings > SNOOZ > Make sure all permissions are turned on.
On Android: Settings > Apps > SNOOZ > Permissions > Make sure all permissions are turned on.
d. Plug SNOOZ back in and try connecting again.
4. Reinstall the App and try connecting again.
